Sample-preparation stage

When proposals are sent for preparation, a temporary protected record is created in the atelier employee console containing the client details, three formulas and 3 ml sample quantities. Quantities are never shown to the client or shared through WhatsApp or Telegram.

When a sample is accepted

After the employee confirms the client's agreement, the preparation record becomes an accepted record containing the chosen fragrance and format. WhatsApp or Telegram shares contain only the fragrance name and short summary, with no ratios or technical details.

When all samples are rejected

The temporary preparation record, journey draft, customer data and all three formulas are deleted in full.
