Inside the House.
Personal fragrance consultation
A private conversation with HOYAM about your preferences, occasion, climate and desired presence before any material is prepared.
Three guided scent proposals
Inside the store, the customer panel turns your answers into three directions constrained by available, approved ingredients.
Sampling with an atelier expert
The expert reviews the confidential preparation, makes three 3 ml samples and guides your evaluation on skin.
Approval and private archive
Only the fragrance you accept is preserved in your private archive. If all samples are declined, the temporary session is deleted.

No purchase. No payment. No delivery through the website.
Every commercial transaction is confirmed by a HOYAM employee inside the store after fragrance testing and customer approval.
