The website is a display gallery and accepts no purchase, payment or delivery transaction. Fragrance testing and any commercial transaction take place in the physical atelier.

Intelligent journey and preparation

HOYAM proposes three olfactive directions using the client's direction, occasion, scent style, climate and desired projection as primary evidence. Zodiac enriches the narrative only and never overrides direct preferences. Confidential details are sent to the atelier employee console, where the expert reviews quantities and safety before preparing three 3 ml samples; no result is accepted until the client tests and approves it.

Longevity standard

The system will not send a formula for preparation unless it passes a predicted longevity score of 8.5/10 at 25% extrait concentration with a reinforced base. The 10–12+ hour objective is a formulation target that must be verified by expert blotter and skin testing; results vary with skin, climate and application.

Formats

Approved spray formats are 50 ml and 100 ml. Perfume oils are available in quarter, half and full tola formats.

Acceptance or cancellation

On acceptance, the preparation record becomes an accepted record for the chosen fragrance. If all three samples are rejected, the preparation record, request draft, customer data and formulas are deleted in full.
